Three Point Plan turns a goal you describe into three steps. It is provided by Conjora Limited, registered in Ireland. Using it means accepting these terms.

This matters more here than the usual boilerplate does, because people bring real situations to it. Plans are generated by software from what you typed. They are not professional advice and are not a substitute for it.

In particular: nothing here is medical, legal, financial, tax or psychological advice. If your goal touches your health, your debts, your immigration status or a legal dispute, talk to somebody qualified. Use your own judgement about whether a step is right for you, and do not follow one that seems unsafe.

If you are in crisis, please contact a doctor or a support service in your country rather than a planning tool.

Your goal is yours. The plan produced from it is yours to use however you like, including commercially — we claim no rights over it. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to process your goal, to send it to the AI model that writes the plan, and to store the plan if you choose to save it.

• Writing a goal and getting three steps is free, with no signup and no card.
• The Deep Plan is a one-off payment of €7 that expands the same three steps into week-by-week actions, stall signals, check-in questions and a rule for when to change course. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.

A Deep Plan is generated immediately on payment, so it is not refundable once produced. If it fails to generate, produces nothing usable, or you were charged twice, write to hello@conjora.ie and we will refund it. We do not attempt to exclude your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

Do not use this to generate unlawful material, to harass anyone, or to hammer the service automatically. Requests are rate-limited. We may block traffic that is abusing the service and remove saved plans that are unlawful.

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but it is free at the point of use and we do not guarantee it will always be available or that a plan will be right for you. Save anything you want to keep.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under Irish and EU consumer law. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which for most people is nothing.

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
